MAIN OBJECTIVE

To be responsible for supporting the entire process of consumer studies(Qual.& Quant.)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support the questionnaire & discussion guide design under the guidance

- Support the fieldwork preparing & execution, including

· Qual.: preparing FW related materials notes taking, etc.

· Quant.: Preparing survey link & testing QC,quota control,etc.

- Support the data dleaning & processing

- Assist part of the report writingcharting & design task under the guidance

- Establish a good working relationship with other team members

- Respond to assigned tasks in a timely manner

JOB REQUIREMENTS

? Key Competence

- Bachelor degree or above (Grade 3-4 bachelor, or master grade 1-2)

- Be open-minded, pro-active, and pay attention to details

- Good teamwork spirit,able to work under pressure

- Could work at least 4 days per week(from Mon-Fri)

? Technical Skills

- Fluent in English (written especially)

- Good computer skills (Office software,esp. PowerPoint & Excel)

- Knowledge towards cosmetic brands and products is a plus

- Basic understanding towards market research,esp. qualitative research is a plus
