Lange & S?hne)是歷峰旗下頂奢腕表品牌,，1845年創(chuàng)立于德國,，目前是世界十大名表之一，也是著名的奢侈品牌,。德累斯頓制表師費爾迪南多?阿道夫?朗格（Ferdinand Adolph Lange）于1845年創(chuàng)立自己的制表廠時,，同時亦為薩克森的制表業(yè)奠下基石。他所制作的精準懷表依然備受世界各地的收藏家所追捧,。第二次世界大戰(zhàn)后,，朗格的百年基業(yè)遭遇東德政權(quán)收歸國有。然而于1990年,，創(chuàng)辦人的曾孫瓦爾特?朗格（Walter Lange）把握機遇,，開始朗格復興之路。時至今日,，朗格每年僅出品數(shù)千枚代表高品質(zhì)的腕表,，并以金質(zhì)或鉑金950為主。全部搭載由手工精心修飾并經(jīng)兩次組裝的獨家機芯,。自1990年起,，朗格研發(fā)出69款表廠自制機芯，并雄踞世界高級腕表品牌的領導地位,。
ALS Brand Intern position 1：
CRM
Key Responsibilities
CRM data monitoring and analysis：
? Manage brand customer database, ensure data accuracy, provide analysis and insights reporting on regular basis.
? Work with internal stakeholders on executing and following up on client related global KPIs.
E-commerce customer data tracking and analysis：
? Brand e-commerce platform user journey tracking.
? Provide analysis and insights reporting on regular basis to support e-business growth.
CRM program and event execution
? Work with internal stakeholders and external agencies on executing CRM programs and brand event.
? Program results tracking and reporting.
Requirements
? Good command of English, decent communication and presentation skill
? Strong logical thinking and data analytics skill
? Strong sense of responsibility and able to deliver on time
? Min. 6 months internship and at least 4 days per week

Merchandising & Operation
Key Responsibilities
Merchandising & Operation：
? Monitor and update stock status and sales performance on daily and weekly basis
? Assist line manager in miscellaneous tasks such as merchandising materials preparation,
Internal & external retail sales analysis, clientele KPI analysis, or other reporting
? Work with team members and other functions as needed
? Other tasks assigned by line manager
Requirements
? Skilled on computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
? Good command of English and sharp in basic data analysis skills
? Attention to details
? Positive attitude and being able to be calm and patient, even under pressure
? Strong sense of responsibility, flexibility and dedication
? Min. 6 months internship and at least 3 days per week
