Van Cleef & Arpels is looking for internships for CRM Project Intern & Planning Intern_VCA.

CRM Project Intern_VCA

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

  • Coordination of in-boutique activities and events arrangement and follow-up.
  • Project on-site support and management, assist with vendor and third-party partners.
  • Supervise vendors to ensure the delivery of the best results.
  • Assist with fnancial-related tasks, e.g. PO, contract, payment, etc.
  • Coordinate CRM department's other jobs according to need.
  • Routine but not trivial (no chores) offce work

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • University degree or above.
  • Industry-related or event elated internship experience is preferred.
  • Reliable.detail oriented responsible, and quick to provide an action plan.
  • Good command of English, especially in reading and writing.
  • Profcient in Microsoft Offce is necessary.
  • Fast self-learning ability.

CRM Planning Intern_VCA

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Daily

  • Provide daily support of CRM systems, includes BTQs Integration and client management data, track and report any potential issues.
  • Translate content form RED or BTQS.
  • In-Boutique event cost record.

Weekly

  • Coordinate engagement calendar.
  • In-BTQs event presentation deck support.
  • PO related support.

Monthly

  • Organize all BTQs' gifting analysis
  • Generate statistics portfolio based on boutique wide Support to draft newsletter, help to organize for PLV, PO, Non-PO, agreement process.
