The Social and Environmental Commitment Department and the Advancement & Alumni Relations Department officially launched emlyon's first mentoring campaign!

社會與環(huán)境影響力和校友關(guān)系兩大部門強強聯(lián)手，推出emlyon“導(dǎo)師計劃”,！

82 scholarship students are now accompanied by a mentor from the emlyon community: alumni, staff member or professor, trained upstream by the specialised association Article 1.

第一期“導(dǎo)師計劃”面向PGE項目的82名獎學(xué)金獲得者,，每個人都將由一位來自emlyon大家庭的導(dǎo)師親自指導(dǎo)：他們可能是emlyon的校友、工作人員或教授,，且已經(jīng)經(jīng)過專門的導(dǎo)師協(xié)會Article 1的培訓(xùn),。

Mentoring is a real opportunity to create connections between graduates and students, and thus to keep the intergenerational link alive. Mutual aid and benevolence are what make the strength and identity of the network!

This mentoring campaign is particularly exciting because it involves the entire ecosystem of the school: students, graduates, professors and administrative staff, and we hope it will generate links that will benefit everyone.

Mentoring is a great opportunity to develop a special relationship with a professional graduate or employee of emlyon business school. Each student concerned will be able to benefit from personalised advice, support and perhaps even the mentor's network. This relationship is precious, so we are counting on the commitment of each of you!

This mentoring will take place from January to December 2023 and its main aim will be to help these students to look for and find their 6-month international internship. The regular exchanges - approximately every fortnight - will allow the mentees to be accompanied, listened to and guided in their search; they will be able to improve their CVs, their preparation for an oral interview, the way they approach companies, how they can maintain their network afterwards...

The aim is not to tell them what to do but to guide and accompany them.

This first campaign is focused on scholarship students in the first year of the Grande Ecole Programme from the CPGE: similar campaigns could obviously be opened in the future to scholarship students from other programmes.

For my part, I find the initiative really honourable to be able to accompany scholarship students, to be a companion at a moment in their journey, at a key stage in their school life, in order to guide them and push them towards their aspirations. To be an attentive listener and a helping hand at an ephemeral but crucial stage in their journey. It is also an opportunity for me to give back to the people who have supported and helped me during my university career.
