今年是emlyon成立150周年,，作為本校歷史最悠久的項目MSc in Management-Grande Ecole (PGE),，今年又有了新升級。具體有哪些變化，讓我們來看看項目主任怎么說：

“The celebration of emlyon’s 150th anniversary is being accompanied by a freshly designed program, which strikes a balance between freedom of choice (in courses, learning methods and venues, etc.) and the need to specialize. The academic curriculum is being expanded to include new courses, academic partnerships and specializations, with the requirement to “l(fā)earn to make a difference”.
“里昂學院成立150周年之際,，我們對管理學碩士 (PGE) 項目進行了全面改革,，在課程靈活度 (包含課程設置、學習方法和地點等) 和專業(yè)需求之間取得了平衡,。項目通過開設新的課程,、拓展國際學術伙伴和加強專業(yè)方向屬性，確保學生 “學有所為,，術有所長,。”
更多的交換與雙學位選擇,更豐富的學習形式
作為法國商學院最經典的項目,，MiM (PGE) 學位在國際上有著充分的影響力和非常高的認可度,。emlyon PGE項目在全球范圍有193所合作院校，每年有超過600個交換和雙學位名額開放給學生,。

PGE與MSc項目二選一的情況已經成為歷史,，為滿足學生對于專業(yè)方向縱深領域的需求，從今年開始emlyon決定開放部分MSc專業(yè)給到PGE第二學年 (M2) 的學生,，魚與熊掌從此兼得：

“PGE的專業(yè)選課從M1開始分為三個階段貫穿整個學程直至項目結束,。課程選擇有相當大的自由度，并允許學生跨專業(yè)獲得多樣化的核心能力,。學生在選擇一個或多個專業(yè)方向之前,，有充分的時間嘗試并調整自己的專業(yè)方向，同時積累經驗,?！?
“三段式” 漸進選專業(yè) ,更自由的課程組合
PGE并非通識類項目，而是有機會讓大家從更全面的角度了解自己并找到適合自身的發(fā)展方向,，繼而能“量體裁衣”地訂制自己的專屬學習計劃,。
200+可選專業(yè)方向課覆蓋以下16個領域：
在完成第一學期的DNA courses和基礎課 (商科背景可豁免部分基礎課) 之后，學生就可以開始進入專業(yè)方向的學習,。PGE項目在選課方面并沒有固定框架,，學生可以按照自身的興趣、能力,、學術背景,、職業(yè)規(guī)劃等因素，在16個專業(yè)課程方向中選擇一個或多個專業(yè),，也可以完全按照自己的規(guī)劃自由組合不同專業(yè)的課程完成學業(yè),。這樣定制化的學習方式，可以大量節(jié)省學生的時間,，讓學習更有針對性,，也同時給到部分學生在面臨職業(yè)規(guī)劃不清晰的情況下,，一個充分的緩沖余地。
